The Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, the joint venture between Dorchester Regeneration and Taylor Wimpey UK, brings together two companies with significant experience in listening to communities and delivering large scale regeneration schemes. The scheme involves key stakeholders including Hampshire County Council, East Hampshire District Council, EM3 LEP and the Homes and Communities Agency.

Defence Infrastructure Organisation
The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) is the estate expert for defence, supporting the armed forces to enable military capability by planning, building, maintaining, and servicing infrastructure. DIO is part of the Ministry of Defence.
Dorchester Regeneration
Dorchester Regeneration is the development arm of Dorchester Group of Companies. It seeks to add value through strategic long-term investment, focusing on building communities and community infrastructure. The company has over twenty years’ experience in property development, having advised and funded many large development projects run by national house builders. It is committed to delivering high quality, bespoke schemes with a particular emphasis on the regeneration of brownfield sites.
Taylor Wimpey
Taylor Wimpey is one of the UK’s largest residential developers building over 14,000 homes per year from 24 regional businesses across England, Scotland and Wales. The company was formed in 2007 through a merger between George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow, our combined history dating back to 1880. East Hampshire District Council
East Hampshire is a local government district in Hampshire, England. Its council is based in the town of Petersfield, although the largest town is Alton. The district also contains the town of Bordon along with many villages and surrounding rural areas.
Hampshire County Council
Hampshire County Council is the upper-tier local authority for the non-metropolitan county of Hampshire in England. The council was created in 1889. The county council provides county-level services to eleven of the thirteen districts geographically located within the ceremonial county of Hampshire.
