We’re proud to present an exciting, diverse list of events at The Shed that will enthuse, excite and inspire. With a number of different performance spaces, from the Town Park to the Market Square and our own inside performance space The Cube, we have something for everyone and all weather.
Music at The Cube
Mr. M’s Magical Music Night
When: 13 August 8:30pm-10:00pm

Introducing Mr M’s Magical Music Night at The Cube
Get your groove on and come on down to The Shed, to see local bands perform with singer Alice Geary, guitarist and vocalist Liam Carter and singer Cassidy Frances Faraday.
Nathan Simpson DJ Set
When: 14 August 7:00pm-10:00pm
Cost: Free
Nathan Simpson will be making his debut at The Shed this August.
DJ Nathan runs his own bi-weekly radio show, Daydream Disco, and plays a mix of disco, soul, funk and soulful house music.
Phil Short
When: 15 August 2:00-3:45pm
Cost: Free
Phil Short will be returning to The Shed to play a wonderful, eclectic mix of stripped-back, acoustic songs.
Featuring compositions by The Beatles, Ed Sheeran, George Michael, Bryan Adams, Oasis, Elton John, George Ezra, The Eagles, The Kinks, Green Day, The Black Keys, The Killers … plus many more.
Cici + Tomas

Renowned for Cici’s soaring vocals and Tomas’ flawless harmonies and musicianship, they’ll perform two sets of feel-good hits from the 60s to the present day. The perfect blend of summer chill to Motown energy, gorgeous ballads to all-out party anthems. With a wealth of experience from No.1 UK tours and West End appearances, you’re guaranteed an evening of high calibre entertainment.
Vicki Sayers

Vicki Sayers will be making her debut at The Shed this summer. Vicki busks as well as performs at events and festival – her biggest shows to date include performances at Central Hall Westminster, Hard Rock Cafe and The Troubadour. With a fun style consisting of Pop, Rock and Jazz, we’re very excited to welcome Vicki to The Shed this August.
Stephen Murphy
When: 28 August 7:00pm-8:45pm

Singer-songwriter, Stephen Murphy, will be returning to The Shed this August with all of your favourite acoustic covers. Be sure to come and sing along.
Theatre in the Town Park
The Lion Inside

Based on the award-winning book by Rachel Bright and Jim Field, LAStheatre presents The Lion Inside, a show for humans aged 3 and up.
Fed up with being ignored, Mouse wished he could roar like Lion. But, as he discovers, even the biggest, bossiest people are scared sometimes … and even the smallest creatures can have the heart of a lion.

Four actors perform a high energy, ingenious production of Shakespeare’s ‘Macbeth’ condensed into 40 hilarious breakneck minutes.

The Three Musketeers

Markets in the Square
When: First Sunday each month
Ethical Vegan Events will be at The Shed on the first Sunday of each month from 10:30am until 3:30pm.
Every market offers a wide selection of stalls including handmade cakes and cheeses, pies, hot foods such as burgers, fish & chips, healthy raw food, eco-home products, skincare and gifts and much more. As always, EVE events are #NotJustForVegans – so join us for a fantastic Sunday out to experience handmade foods and products which are kind to the planet.
Saturday Markets at The Shed
When: This Saturday, next Saturday and every Saturday at the Market Square, 9:30am-2:30pm
Cost: FREE
We’re back again this week and every week with our Saturday Market, make sure you put it in the diaries. A great place to eat, drink, meet and buy a gift or three. Follow us on social to see who’s coming this week.
