WBRC announces family-friendly activities in June
The Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company are hosting a range of activities for the local community to enjoy in June.
These will run in conjunction with the many regularly occurring events and clubs that support the healthy and active lifestyle of residents.
For children, parents and carers, there is a treasure hunt and pirate crafting event on Sunday 24 June, 11:00 – midday in Hogmoor Inclosure Play area, Hogmoor Inclosure. Advanced booking is strongly recommended to secure a space at this event.
Weekly community activities include:
- Judo, every Tuesday 17:00pm – 21:00pm, Thursday 19:00pm – 20:30pm, and Saturday 13:30pm – 16:30pm @ Building 62, Bordon Enterprise Park, Budds Lane
- Roller Disco, every Saturday, 17:00pm – 21:00pm @ Building 62, Bordon Enterprise Park, Budds Lane
- Ready Steady, Mums, every Monday, 10:00am – 11:00am @ Tank Crossing,
- Hogmoor Inclosure, Tank Crossing Car Park, Hogmoor Road, Bordon
- Brazilian Jujitsu, every Monday, 19:00pm – 20:30pm @ Building 62, Bordon Enterprise Park, Budds Lane
- Zumba, every Monday, 18:30pm – 20:00pm @ Mustangs, Budds Lane
- Netball, every Wednesday, 19:00pm – 20:30pm Building 62, Bordon Enterprise Park, Budds Lane
- Parkrun, every Saturday, 8:30am – 10:30am @ Hogmoor Inclosure, Tank Crossing Car Park, Hogmoor Road, Bordon
Naomi Metcalfe, community development officer at The Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, said: “These community activities are a great chance for people to get outdoors, come together and enjoy the natural spaces available locally.
