I have been longer than one hour; will I get a parking ticket?

No, you wont get a ticket if you pay before you leave, these are “Pay on Exit”, car parks, so just pay for your additional time before leaving the car park.

I’m worried about not having to display a ticket in my car at your ticketless car parks. How do you know I’ve paid?

Customers pay at the end of their stay. We record your vehicle registration when you arrive and you enter your car registration when you pay so that we know that you have paid.

What payment methods are available at ticketless car parks?

Payment can be made at the pay machine(s) on site using a bank or credit card or via the ECPparkingbuddy APP (APP coming soon).  By entering your cars registration number, the ANPR system will confirm the tariff due, which aligns with the time your vehicle has been in the car park.
