Open Call to Artists – Sandhurst Block Facade Commission

We are offering an exciting opportunity to get involved in the look of the town centre with an Open Call to Artists to dress the facade of the Sandhurst Block, a former battalion building in the new town centre.

Regeneration of the Sandhurst Block is the last phase of the town centre development and will start in approximately three years, and a significant element of the building – the ‘H’ block at its heart – will remain as it is.

We are looking to introduce public art to dress the five frontages which will be visible to town centre visitors from now until the building’s completion.

Are you an experienced creator with a background in public art? Take a look at our Open Call to Artists and express your interest of involvement before 5th February 2021. For more information on the commission, please contact [email protected].
