We’re very excited to announce the opening of a new confectionery offer at The Shed at the end of January! From the owners of Oak Tree & Acorn, Little Acorn Sweetshop will be opening right next door to our beautiful gift emporium. With a nod to the classic school tuck shop they will be tempting customers with their Pick N Mix, Jar Sweets, Chocolates, American Sweets, Classic Shop Sweets and Soft Drinks. Open 7 days a week, Little Acorn will be your first stop shop for all things sweet at The Shed.
The Comedy Shed
New year new comedy at Bordons favourite club – The Comedy Cube! On Feb 3rd at 8pm, laugh away the winter blues with brilliant comedians Cerys Nelmes, John Robertson (“Will have you crying with laughter” – Broadway Baby) and Jake Lambert (‘Could easily be a TV star in no time at all’ – Ed Fest Mag).

Cerys Nelmes
Cerys has had a very colourful and eventful life which she loves talking about to make people laugh. She performs her comedy in a story telling style with a West Country charm that is easy to warm to.
Cerys is making waves in the tv industry as one of the best female TV warm up artists, most recently working for Gordon Ramsey/Studio Ramsey, and alongside George Lamb on Football Tonight for BT Sport and also working for ITV and Channel 4.
Cerys is also a Guest Comic aboard Cruise Ships all over the World.
Jake Lambert
Jake Lambert fell into a career as a stand-up and it’s proven to be a great choice making it to the final of the Amused Moose Final, semi-finals of the BBC New Comedy Award, Magner New Comedian of the Year, English Comedian of the year and the Leicester Mercury Acts of the year.
Jake has gone on to support Sean Walsh, Kerry Godliman, Tom Allen and Rob beckett on their UK tours as well as writing on Mock The Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Now Show, News Quiz, Bake Off : The Professionals and bake Off : An Extra Slice.

The Midweek Market happens every Wednesday from 9am to 2pm, perfect for picking up fresh fish, fruit & veg, locally-laid eggs, locally grown plants, baked goods, and hand-made gifts.
The Saturday Market happens throughout the year, every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month between 10am-2pm, boasting a wide range of local stallholders that vary each fortnight. Our traders offer everything from doughnuts to gin, and breakfast vans to jewellery.
Remember, the line-up of traders can change weekly so be sure to follow on social media to find out who will be there each week.
