Cricket is back at BOSC

From Saturday 18th July, Headley Cricket Club will resume matches at BOSC. Its 2nd and 3rd XI teams will play at the ground for nine Saturdays as part of the l’anson league.

The first game on Saturday 18th July from 1pm, sees Headley CC 3rd XI take on Tilford CC 3rd XI.

Headley CC 2nd XI will play their first match on Saturday 25 July against Chiddingfold CC 2nd XI.

Junior friendly games will follow soon and there may be some ladies cricket later in the season at BOSC. Watch out for more details.

Headley Cricket Club is recruiting for more players, so if you have a love for playing the game or would like to start, contact the club for more details. Email: [email protected]

“We are delighted to announce that recreational cricket is up and running. We’re making sure that we adhere to the government guidelines around playing to ensure it is safe for all teams. We look forward to playing our first game at BOSC, which is such a lovely ground with a great pavilion, and seeing the local community out in force to watch,” says Keith Ellis of Headley Cricket Club.
