New spaces and facilities to keep our young people fit and healthy

Much thought has been given to young people in the design of Prince Philip Park…

..from ensuring they have places to play throughout the development and focussing activities near central places like the school. The new Oakmoor School has a broad range of pitches and sports halls for sports activities. The new Leisure Centre will provide a new six lane swimming pool, gym and activity rooms. The new BOSC provides new cricket and tennis facilities as well as an outdoor playground.

The new Makers Market provides a heritage centre in the town centre will also afford a great platform for people of all ages including young people to showcase their talents.


The Whitehill & Bordon Community Trust is an organisation working in partnership with residents, local authorities and community organisations to enhance the growing community. We will create and manage events and places for people that support active, healthy and social lifestyles promoting pride of place.

The Community Trust work closely with the schools, supporting on Interview Skills Days, Career Fairs and School Summer and Christmas Fairs, some of their major projects for 2020 will be Teen Tech, aimed at Year 5 students. A great 3-day event promoting STEM to the younger generation within the community.
