Plenty to do, see and take part in

We mourn the life of an extraordinary man and a great supporter of the training of the British Armed Forces. The military has been a key part in the history of Whitehill & Bordon. Home to the Canadian Army during the First World War and post-war to the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME).
Havannah Barracks was renamed Prince Philip Barracks in 1984, in honour of the Duke of Edinburgh as Colonel-in-Chief of the REME. An honour we wanted to retain when the barracks and surrounding area became Prince Philip Park in 2018.
