Over 30 children attend Hop Along to Hogmoor
More than 30 children attended the Hop Along to Hogmoor event at Hogmoor Inclosure on Saturday 13 July, which was held by the Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company and the Community Trust. Children enjoyed a range of activities including decorating biscuits, craft and kite making, as well as kite flying. They were also able to partake in a family friendly frog game, courtesy of the Deadwater Valley Trust.
Some of the parents who attended with their children expressed how good it was to be able to park up and have a free activity for the children to attend, whilst others said there was a lovely atmosphere and they will definitely attend more.
Naomi Metcalfe, Community Trust Manager, and community development manager for Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, said:
“We want to create a range of activities in Whitehill & Bordon for the local community to take part in. It was great to see so many children, parents and carers turn out at Hogmoor Inclosure for this fun filled afternoon. Thankfully the weather stayed nice for us too.”
